This week, firefighters and disaster response personnel from the Moravian-Silesian Region Fire Department received comprehensive training on utilizing the mobile flood barrier, marking a significant advancement in flood defense for the Czech Republic. Organized by our partner, Environment Solutions, the training session in Ostrava focused on the efficient deployment and operation of the barrier to safeguard communities and infrastructure from the region’s recurrent flood threats.
